Dear Valued Customer,

We’d like to share an important pricing update with you. Effective January 1, 2027, we will be increasing the prices on the majority of our products and services. The specific percentage of the increase, along with the products and services affected, is still being determined. We anticipate most increases will fall within the range of 10-12%.

As you know, the cost of materials, supplies, shipping and transportation has increased significantly over the past several years. We have worked hard to absorb these increases and maintain our pricing for as long as possible. Unfortunately, an adjustment is now necessary so we can continue providing the quality products and service you expect from us.

We are providing more than 90 days’ advance notice so you have plenty of time to plan accordingly and incorporate the new pricing into future quotes and bookings. We also understand that many of you have already quoted projects and booked events based on our current pricing, and we will honor those commitments through the end of the year.

Please also note that we have removed the 10% tariff surcharge line item announced last year. That cost has instead been incorporated into our current pricing, so there will be no change to your bottom line going forward.

We sincerely appreciate your understanding and, most importantly, your continued support. We are grateful for the relationships we have built with our customers over the years and remain committed to being a trusted partner to your photography business.

Thank you for your continued business.

Sincerely,
Renaissance Albums
