Update on the Milano Album: Slip-in, Matted Album with Removable Pages
In 2016, as many of you know, the Milano Album, along with other slip-in, matted albums, were discontinued from our product line. We ceased production of these Stock Albums and moved our entire company to Long Island, New York. Prior to the move, the machinery and equipment used to make the Milano were discarded, thus we discontinued the manufacturing of these types of albums. Despite this, we kept whatever inventory we had of the Milano at that time. Over the past 7 years, using that inventory, we were able to replace damaged Milano Albums at no cost to our customers, whether they were covered under our Lifetime Manufacturer’s Warranty or not.
However, the time has now come that we have exhausted our entire inventory of Milano Albums. With that, we regretfully announce that we can no longer honor the Manufacturer’s Warranty associated with these albums. While the warranty still applies to our current albums, we simply can no longer provide replacements for the Milano.
For those who would like to purchase an album to replace their Milano Album, we do still offer a matted album that has the same mat configurations that were available for the Milano. The Ambiance Album is a contemporary version of the matted album. Its mats are sold separately, just like the Milano, and are mounted onto the pages. The photos inside of an old Milano Album can be easily transferred into the Ambiance.
