Due to the latest developments involving the COVID-19 virus, we will need to completely shut down our business temporarily due to a New York State mandate, effective immediately. All employees have been instructed to stay home until further notice. The mandate was announced this morning, Friday 3/20 by the Governor of New York, Andrew Cuomo. It applies to all New York State non-essential businesses. No return date has been set.
Unfortunately, this will mean production on all orders in house will be placed on hold until we return to work. We will continue accepting orders via our Ordering System, ROES, Webcargo and FTP. However, we will not be able to start production on them until we return to work. All promotional codes will still apply, as long as the order is received before the expiration date of the promo.
We will continue to monitor our emails at [email protected] and will reply to as many as we can during this time. Please do not call our offices as there will be no one available to answer the phones. We’ll try to keep everyone updated via our website, email and social media – so please refer to those mediums to stay updated on our status.
As much as we would have preferred to continue working and producing our albums for you and your clients, we recognize this is a time to be diligent and smart regarding COVID-19. We are doing our share to help control the spread of this dangerous virus and we encourage all of you to do the same. The more we all work together to contain it, the sooner we will have normalcy. In the meantime, please stay safe and stay positive. We hope to be back soon.
