Custom Books

For Domestic Ground Shipping:

  • Bind Only & Print + Bind Service: Order must be entered by Monday, November 28
  • Design, Print, + Bind & SoHo Styler Orders: Final approval due by Monday, November 28

For Domestic Express Shipping:

  • Bind Only and Print + Bind Service: Order must be entered by Monday, December 5
  • Design, Print, + Bind & SoHo Styler Orders: Final approval due by Monday, December 5

* Please allow an extra week for Bowery Books, Galleria Albums and for the following upgrade options: Custom Stamping, Metal Covers and Deluxe Presentation Boxes.

For Canadian + non-continental United States customers:

For customers outside of the continental United States, please move deadlines up one week. Renaissance reserves the right to select the shipping method to ensure the order will be delivered on time.

Stock Books

For Domestic Ground Shipping:

  • Hudson, and BE Books: Order must be entered by Friday, December 16
  • Ambiance and Ambiance Mats: Order must be entered by Friday, December 9

For Domestic Express Shipping:

  • Hudson, and BE Books: Order must be entered by Tuesday, December 20
  • Ambiance and Ambiance Mats: Order must be entered by Wednesday, December 14

Important Notes:

 

Order(s) must be marked “Holiday Order” and submitted in-house or approved by MIDNIGHT EST on the dates indicated above to meet the deadline. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS.

  • Domestic Ground shipping orders will be received by Friday, December 23.
  • Express shipping orders (2nd Day & Next Day Air) will be received by Friday, December 23.
  • Drop Ship orders will be received by Friday, December 23.
  • Submitting orders earlier will ensure that you receive your orders sooner and avoid potentially more expensive shipping options. By selecting the Express Shipping option, you are agreeing to let Renaissance choose either 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air to make the deadline.
  • Option A (bind only) Customers – All option A orders must come with a physical flash drive containing the print-ready files of the prints submitted. If Renaissance does not receive a flash drive with the order and replacement prints are required, Renaissance cannot guarantee that the order(s) will meet the Holiday Deadline.
  • SoHo Styler Customers – Standard orders should be in by Friday, November 5 to receive proofs before the Domestic Ground approval deadline of November 29. If SoHo Styler orders are placed after November 5, Renaissance Albums cannot guarantee proofs will be delivered before the deadline.
  • Proof approvals must be confirmed by the due dates above to meet the Holiday Deadlines.
